After a succesfull edition in 2023, we are back again! The highly anticipated Groningen Floorball Open is set to take place from Friday, June 21st to Sunday, June 23rd.

Arrival is possible from Friday afternoon 17:00 and matches will be played on Saturday and Sunday. The tournament will conclude on Sunday afternoon.

The maximum amount of teams in the male category is 16, the maximum amount of teams in the female category is set at 8. Every team can expect to play around 4-6 games on Saturday, and 2-3 games on Sunday. The games are played on a big field, so a team needs at least 5 players and a goalkeeper to participate. This is a tournament for senior floorballteams.


Costs

Costs are €250,- per team, this includes: the tournament, accomodation, party and the renowned panna knockout tournament.
Information about breakfast and lunch will follow soon. It is estimated that this will cost approximately €20,- per person.   

Where to sleep

Accommodation will be available on Friday- and Saturday night in the sports hall where the tournament will take place. When the hall is empty, players will have the opportunity to place their sleeping equipment in a spot on the floor. Of course it’s also possible to find accommodation yourself.

Directions

The primary location of the tournament is the ACLO Sportcenter where matches will be played and where people can sleep. You can use the P2 parking space to park your car (link to Google Maps).
